"Our son and future DIL moved to Rochester, MN recently. They have been feeling a bit homesick and so we brought "home" to them. This home was the perfect setting. We had our oldest son, his wife and daughter and their two dogs stay with my husband and I in the house and our youngest son/DIL who live only a mile away were able to stay in their apartment with their cats at night. "My friends and I fell in love with this sweet cabin, the town of Pepin and the nearby towns up and down the river. The location of this space is excellent. Walkable to a couple of great restaurants (Harbor View Cafe! What a gem!) and the marina. The balcony had great views of the river, even with the boats up for the winter, and great sunset views. The train is a frequent passerby, but the white noise machines in each bedroom made it a nonissue. I will definitely be back! "

"I needed a space for my pregnant daughter, her husband, and their toddler because their furnace died on Christmas Eve. I selected this property because it was reasonably priced and was rated as an "exceptional” property. The space is nice with good access to the Mayo Clinic. However, at the risk of getting a bad renter review, I do not think the property has earned its “exceptional” property rating.First, there were none of the extra’s you usually see at an "exceptional" property.
