"The moment that you walk in the hotel you can tell that it is very well kept. Shares properties with Tru hotel. Overall, stay was amazing! The room was very spotless, comfortable bed, and great amenities. Would definitely book again! "

"I loved the beauty and the elegance of the Ballantyne. The staff, food and service were exceptional. The rooms are large and spacious with beautiful water and park views. The linens and towels were soft and embraceable. I highly recommend staying at The Ballantyne for a special event, or when you want to feel pampered. They had a Ginger Bread House contest and the families all did an amazing job. We left on Dec. 26 and a beautiful set-up for Christmas Tea. Next time, we’ll stay 4 nights to enjoy the Tea."
