I met my daughters in Charlotte for a Girls Weekend. I was excited to bring them to this beautiful hotel but our room window was covered in plastic and outdoor scaffolding. It felt under construction. However, we did enjoy the pool and hot tub and it was nice to be able to walk to nearby restaurants.

With travel delays and last minute biking in a city we only planned to be laid over in for a few hours, Ballantyne was such a pleasant luxurious surprise. Just what we needed in a stressful situation. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

Hot tub did not work. Not enough staff in all areas. Front desk, coffee area. Staff was very nice just not enough. They were working hard but very crowded hotel.

The Ballantyne is a beautiful property and was immediately impressed the moment we pulled up. Walking into the hotel was like a dream. Staff was very helpful and extremely friendly.
