It was a quick trip but convenient and exactly what we need! Straight to the point unit and had everything equipped for a short or long term stay. Very close to downtown! Will definitely be in the top consideration if was to visit Charlotte again!

This was a great location (near the MAC for a swim meet). We made good use of the full kitchen and have plenty of space to rest and work between sessions.

10/10 property! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was spacious and true to the photos. I also enjoyed the quiet gated community. Parking was easy and we were right near the city so we got to see city views as well! Highly recommend.

Let me book charged my card full price then made me pay a deposit non refundable messaged with me numerous exchanges before having me submit consent to run a background check and hours later after check inn time finally get back to me denying to let me check in now I'm screwed the ave to wait for all that money to make it back to me I had already made dinner plans and invited ppl went grocery shopping like I said they made me wait hours after confirming my stay and welcome emails and directing me to complete pre arrival so I'm convinced there's no worry they know what they're doing it's dishonest

This property was awesome. It had everything we needed, it was clean and beautiful. I knocked off a point for bed comfort. If I was a younger traveller it would be perfect...but as I am now older it was a bit uncomfortable but I would absolutely stay again. The value for what you get is insanely good.

Property overall is great, unfortunately the first apartment the put us in hadn’t been cleaned and the sheets were covered in human and dog hair as well as the floor and washer. Tub was dirty and walls and furniture were well worn and damaged. It took a few hours but eventually they moved us to a much better room so overall our stay this time was salvaged.

I have stayed her twice now. I love the size of the rooms and how close it is to the city. It's a 5 minute uber ride. Your pool is beauitful and the grounds are kept nice. I will be staying here again!

Needed last minute accommodations for a girls trip and this was far better than we had imagined or would have experienced at a comparably priced hotel! Loved the layout, furnishings, full kitchen, and safety of parking and complex. Everything was clean, tidy, and efficient. We were able to spread and enjoy our time there. Would definitely go back!

Best place I’ve rented at in charlotte has everything you need! Fully stocked bathroom kitchen with all essential items needed easy parking no need to pay extra like the downtown hotels plus easy access to everything downtown plus food and shopping all nearby very clean and just felt super at home strongly recommend the 1 bedroom is perfect size plus the washer and dryer is a plus for long stays
