"This is a very nice apartment close to downtown Lexington. I have friends in Charlottesville and Lexington has been a good place to meet since my family lives in Blacksburg. I will gladly stay again for 1-2 nights. I have a dog and the road was nice to walk on (not very busy). All of the following things were clear in the description and photos but I missed a low comfortable table to eat at or sit at to work on the computer and I missed a TV - I know that makes me old :) The walls are slanted. "After relocating back to the States we have been fortunate to have canoed the upper James River many times. It still blows me away that people nearby do not know how beautiful it is. That said, I am embarrassed to have finally stumbled across this absolute perfect retreat. The cabin, location, and owners are just amazing.
