"We booked a 3 night stay in a beautifully restored B&B, 155 year old mill. What we got was a lie. It turns out, the place had not had visitors stay there for months because it is run down and inhabitable. Instead we were put in a 1960s 3 bedroom house. That in itself would have been ok, had the place not been caked in dust on carpet, curtains, couch, soft toys scattered all over the house....
