"The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The amenities that the hotel provided were always available. The only criticism was that due to the snow melting and freezing, the road and the walkways were hazardous to walk on and I believe they should make more effort to prevent the icing, or remove the ice."

"I liked the hotel it’s amazing the view is gorgeous the uncomfortable part was is living on a 10th floor and going down using 2 different elevators.You go down from 10th floor down to 7 th, then to get to other elevator that will take you to lobby you have to walk a lot….you spend time to get downstairs at least 15-20 min…"

"An excellent stay A couple of minor improvements that could be considered There was a lack of breakfast / black tea with none available at breakfast but the hotel did provide tea pods for the machine in the room Bus transfers were excellent generally however could they be improved with an online tracking / booking service ( at one point the driver thought we were in a different location to the one we had booked a return from and therefore we had to wait a further 10 mins ( 40 mins total ) for a pick up. These are by no means deal breakers and we would return to the hotel in a heart beat "
