Staff was amazing and extremely friendly and helpful! Loved the resort, the beach is the best for kids and grandparents.The food is very nice and prices for extras like wine bottles are actually cheap. Perfect resort for families.

Very nice, but inquire about room layout.
The “Superior” room we rented had a queen bed and two singles side by side in the same room, which didn’t work for us as there was zero privacy. Paid extra for a much nicer unit with two bedrooms, kitchen, living room. Staff, food, pools, and beach were awesome. Had a kids show and many kids activities. It was a very nice place.

The pool area, food and beach with the reef in front makes such a relaxing environment. The road leading to the resort is in poor condition and traffic jams up. They appear to be working on it, so this may only be a problem for a few more weeks.

We were here for just two nights. This is a family resort catered for families. That didn’t particularly bother us as a young couple but something to be aware of. We had a few issues. 1. We weren’t given a hotel room, instead a two bedroom apartment a few buildings down at the sister resort. They did move us upon request after the first night 2. The code for the apartment didn’t work. We had to wait an hour for someone to bring a ladder and climb through a window to get inside and reset the password 3. WiFi didn’t work in the apartment, had to wait an hour for someone to figure out what the password was 4. Had to wait 30 minutes at the towel stand for a towel because they ran out. I don’t understand how you run out of towels at a beach resort. Went to the front desk and they gave me one. 5. Hot water was not working in the apartment. 6. At 7 pm walked around trying to find somewhere to have a drink. The bar outside was closed and told me to go to the lobby bar. Lobby bar told me to go upstairs restaurant. Upstairs restaurant said they were closed. Pretty crazy to not be able to get a drink at 7 pm on vacation at a resort If you have kids, they’ll have fun. But if you don’t, stay somewhere nicer.

Pontos de melhoria
O hotel é bem bonito. O mar em frente é maravilhoso. Mas o hotel peca em alguns aspectos a exemplo da disponibilidade de toalhas. Você tem que chegar bem cedo ou então vai esperar muito tempo sem toalha. Cheguei e o meu quarto não trancava, reclamei três vezes e só não teve manutenção então fomos mudar de quarto bem tarde. Outro ponto que o hotel deve ter é no cartão de consumação pois fui trocar pelo menos duas vezes na recepção e quase tive que implorar para conseguir consumir no bar da piscina. Enfim, alguns pontos a melhorar.

Funcionários solicitos, quartos confortáveis, piscina maravilhosa e defronte a praia de muro alto, que é calminha e com águas cristalinas! O hotel oferece caiaque e stand up inclusos na diária. E oferece de cortesia no checkin agua de coco e uma blusa térmica, e no checkout duas garrafinhas de agua e um bolo de rolo. Experiencia maravilhosa, com certeza voltarei! Fica distante do centrinho uns 20 minutos de carro.

Recepção sem climatização e desorganizada
Tivemos um check-in muito bom. As camareiras são muitos educadas e prestativas. O que pega no hotel é uma recepção ampla com muitas cadeiras e sofás, todavia o ambiente não é climatizado. Aonde o hotel pretende chegar, vejo como grande desconforto. Outro ponto que não gostei foi o check-out desorganizado. Tive que conviver com hóspedes furando fila com o consentimento de toda recepção. Sem falar da priorização de um encontro de médicos. Fui solicitar um drink no bar e não pude ser atendido, pois estava reservado para o encontro de médicos. Uma pena!!!

Estadia foi boa, tivemos o inconveniente de que quando chegamos o banheiro estava vazando, mais foi resolvido quando reclamamos. Banheiro tinha um cheiro forte de esgoto, e por nao ter janela nao seca. Mais de maneira geral muito bom o hotel, restaurante e comidas. Atendimento na Piscina é um pouco demorado.
