"Loved the location and size of the home but it needs some TLC. The couch was quite dingy and covered in dog hair. There seems to be a lot of holes needing patching and the upstairs bathroom windows needs curtains! Cute location near town though- and plenty of space to hang out with the kids. "

"We had a fishing tournament on Percy priest. Stayed at this property with friends of ours. Work perfect for what we needed. Room to park two rigs and charge batteries. House was clean and orderly. Didn't have a chance to use all the amenities. Looks like a decent neighborhood. Check in was fast and easy."

"We stayed here with our bridal party of 20 people, and it was plenty of space for our group. It was great to be able to use the houses together, or to have separation when needed. The bedrooms with the two twin and pullout trundle is rather small, but it worked for who we had there. "This was our annual trip for my wife, her sisters and their spouses. This house is very unique and eclectic. It is secluded and the only neighbors you see are the squirrels, deer, and turkeys. This place is close enough to Nashville to drive in less than an hour. We enjoyed our stay very much!"

Check in was smooth, house was clean, and the large, fenced-in back yard was great for playing Spikeball, tag, and just running around. "This rental allowed my family to stay with another family traveling to Murfreesboro for soccer training. We were able to cook meals at the house and greatly enjoyed the space to stay, have the space to move around in a house vs a hotel."
