"We decided to gift our children experiences vs. things. This property is located very close to our boat slip rental space, so we rented it for a month for our two sons and their families as well as ourselves. Everyone could "move in" their food, clothes, etc. and just show up on the weekends or whenever they were able too. The location was only a 45 minute drive for us. The house was VERY clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was the front steps were in need of repair. I called the...

"Very clean house. Nice location. No porch or patio furniture which made it difficult to enjoy the outdoors. Had to use kitchen table chairs to sit outside. Lots of tiny ants inside the house. Just needs a little ant treatment to solve that problem. Bedrooms were nice size. I would stay again, but wife says heck no. Could go from nice to great with very minor improvements."
