"Great location for teaching at Reading University or Royal Berkshire Hospital. Flat was really spacious with all amenities that you would require. Bed was really comfy and fans provided as it was hot. It was quite noisy being on the ground floor flat, you could hear people on the stairs and when the front door shut."

"This is a budget hotel and is a good example of that. The small room was fine for the price. The double bed was very comfortable and we got a good nights sleep. The breakfast was really good. So for the price you pay it is what is expected. Unfortunately, there is one downside, the staff need to be more welcoming. "I had a lovely stay at the Roseate. Beautiful hotel, staff were so friendly and helpful. I had a lovely massage at the spa. I had a couple of issues with the bathroom- shower heads weren’t working in shower or bath, but staff were great about it and gave me complimentary breakfast! Would definitely stay again "
