"We enjoyed our visit. The only reason that we gave a four star instead of a five star is that we had to move curtains around to have some darkness in the bedroom. There was a light that would go on and off, which was worse than constantly too much light. We took the drapes from the third bedroom and used them to try to block some light, and we put them back before we left. We also attempted to close the curtains behind the bed which had a big gap. "Walkable to downtown Dover and lots of great restaurants & breweries. Very cute little downtown area. 15 mins to UNH. Very clean apartment, and lots of coffee was provided! The bottle of wine is also a nice touch. A little noisy (thin walls and doors, so you hear neighbors going in and out, as well as the train going by.) Quite quiet at night though, and comfy bed. We slept well. Would stay here again ."

"We were thrilled with our stay. The apartment was bright and cheery, everything was super clean and in wonderful condition, with lots of personal touches that made us feel right at home. The location is not only close to downtown Dover shops and restaurants but also a short trip to the Maine Seacoast. Our host responded quickly to our inquiries.and took great care to make sure we were comfortable. We travel to the area often to visit family and will always look to book this property. Wonderful!"

"The open space areas where very nice and accomodating, other than the person sleeping on the inside of the bed nearest the wall would have to duck to exit the bed for any reason. Floors are very uneven. Bathroom needs work. Broken trim boards, unfinished sheetrock, obvious water damage on the ceilings. Dirt, grime and maybe some mold at the shower curbing. Shims being used to balance the outside stairs leading up to the apartment isnt exactly comforting either. Have pictures if anyone wants...
