"The staff were unbelievable during our stay at Brentwood Holiday Inn on 14th to the 15th March. It was the first time staying with our 8 month daughter. The staff provided a cot that was clean and comfortable. Pauline the hotel suoervisor and her morning staff were so accomdating, kind and lovely they were just such an amazing example of how people in the hospitality industry should be. "

"Received an upgrade on arrival and the room was fabulous. Everything just as one would like. Warm, clean, spacious, comfortable bed and lovely linen. Bathroom had a shower and a bath. Staff very polite and helpful."
