"Lovely apartment in great location next to city centre. The owner had an issue with previous guests who trashed the apartment, however when we arrived the apartment was clean and in great condition. Only issue was a slight dampness to couch due to him having to clean because of previous users. This would not put me off using this apartment again, thank you for the use of your apartment"

"The apartment that I stayed is not sea-viewing. The apartment has clear sign of require maintenance. What frustrated me most is that Regency Apartments charged my card eventhough I have already fully paid to Hotels.com. The rational from Regency Apartments is that they could not charge against Hotels.com. But this is not my issue. End up I am double charged and require follow up for my refund which I do not even know how long it will takes. Felt being penalised as a customer when the issue...

"We staying in this apartment because we were attending a wedding in the area and the apartment was ideal for what we wanted. The bed was comfortable and fans were provided which were appreciated as it was warm at night. The water for the shower was hot too. "DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! It looks nothing like the pictures. Both showers only had burning hot water. There are paper thin walls with neighbors screaming constantly. We had to step over a girl sleeping on the sidewalk to get out of the property one night. The entire place smells like mold and is filthy. There were dirty dishes, no soap or trash bags, and only 2 towels when we checked in. We contacted the property. They apologized for “the mistake” but never came by to fix anything. I have...
