"Communication for this stay was great from booking through checkout. The day of check in went smooth and the host followed up on the day of checkout to make sure we had enough time to check out. We did have an issue with the heating on the third floor the first night but once we advised the host he explained how to adjust the vents so it wasn't too warm up there. House was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone throughout the house. "

If you jog in the morning be aware they must feed the big cats around 7:30 am at the zoo. The roars might put you in the ditch. Large Escalade is too long for garage door to close. "The property needs a lot of work inside the apartment. There's was mold in bathroom, we had to buy a lot of things for the kitchen and bathroom! The Internet quit working, I lost time and money at work! The MGT was not helpful, hard to deal with... Too much to list!! Very bad place... will not stay there again!!
