"Very friendly & helpful staff. Our room ended up being a large suite. The bathroom was large & clean. Our only complaint was that the bed could have been more comfortable. Breakfast was good, too! I would recommend this little hotel to anyone. Not super plush or fancy,but perfect for us!"

"It failed my white napkin wipe test for cleanliness. The desk staff is great. Jose and Tiago helped me with directions and how to use the transportation system and places to eat etc. I think the mattress is the thing they need to improve. The primary reason for a hotel is to sleep and the mattress is worn out. Time to replace it. "

"We had great stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and nice. The facilities at hotel were very good, very clean. The room very comfortable too. The trip was to celebrate my husband’s 50 birthday. On the day of his birthday hotel surprised him with champagne and little cake, which was lovely. If we go back to Lisbon, we will stay in the hotel again for sure. "
