In case you are worried there are no farmyard 'smells'. Check in and instructions on how to find the property were great. The manager replied promptly to my questions. "Did a quick overnight on our way to Christchurch from Queenstown. Space was perfect! Had everything we needed, beautiful gardens and easily accessible. So much nicer than a hotel and very comfortable. Left us breakfast in the fridge, that was greatly appreciated after eating out for so many days.Fabulous hosts and highly recommend!"
