"Gingershack Farms is hands down one of our favorite places to stay! We’ve stayed here multiple times for paintball tournaments, and every experience has been amazing. The property is beautiful, well-kept, and the hosts are always welcoming and accommodating. It’s the perfect spot to relax and recharge. "We really enjoyed our stay. The sunrise every morning was breathtaking. The cabin had everything we needed. Planning another trip here for the fall!!!! The only thing I can think of in any negative way was unloading the van with all the steps down AND up . Luckily I had my 15 year old daughter with me and she did most of it. lol "

"My family enjoyed this cozy cabin. The deer visited us at least twice a deer for apples! We fed them from hand and it was a lovely experience. The fireplace at night and waterfall during the day were fabulous too! We enjoyed the lights in the backyard trees at nighttime. We would definitely return. The owners are easy to communicate with and very friendly people."

"Everything was clean and well stocked. Host was very helpful before and during our stay. Loved the cabin but didn’t like the driveway. It’s steep but was able to make it up in a regular truck no 4 wheel drive needed but would have made it easier. We enjoyed our stay very much. "

"We enjoyed our short getaway to Ellijay and the cabin was just as pictured! Love the decor and all furniture was so comfy! We spent a lot of time on the deck as the weather was perfect. Downtown was only a 10-minute drive. Roo Winery (5 min away) is a MUST see. We enjoyed the views and had a great lunch. "
