I like the fact that everything was right in the hotel distance, and it was easy to get on and off the interstate to the hotel.

Holes in the ceiling. The elevator stunk and was loud and took forever. The hallways smelled of dogs, our room stunk of dogs and there were yellow stains on our sheets and comforter cover. Pet hair all over the bed.

Property was a wreck. Multiple gapping holes in the ceiling (on the first floor). Room furnishings falling apart. Stains on the blankets and towels. Wouldn’t have stayed on the property if it wasn’t the middle of the night.

The sink would clog up, the breakfast hit food was terrible, there was dog hair on the furniture in my room, but most important there was hardly any hot water. 2 days I got in the shower and lost all hot water for a long time, only to finally get only a little warm water to rinse off with.

The property was well manicured and clean it was a older building but seemed maintained old rusty tub in bath and squeaking bed when you moved around but very nice breakfast would definitely come back.

Upon arrival at the property we noticed two large holes in the ceiling Sheetrock exposing pipes and wires. The further we walked down the hall to our room, there was another hole in ceiling with a significant water stain. We entered our room to find paper on the floor, significant dings and stains on the wall, a less than pleasurable room, stains on the curtains, stains on the beds and towels and an air conditioner that could barely push cool air. Our beds creaked, too. According to the note from the housekeeper, it said something like “I’ve cleaned your room from head to toe and hope you have an enjoyable stay”. Far from it housekeeper and hotel hosts…. Do better to represent LaQuinta and Wyndham brands!! You’d probably be better off sleeping in your car and saving yourself the money vs staying at this property which needs a major update and accountable staff saying what they've promised. Stay elsewhere (and no wonder why the other neighboring properties were sold out)!
