"Okay so this was quite the experience. I'm not really sure what i can say. First things first they need a sign directing folks to their site. It was long and time consuming trying to figure it out. When we pulled up it was sketchy because we drove down this hill to a bunch of rvs. Some rotted out, houses completely destroyed from the outside. It was definitely not at all what I expected. "Everything about our stay, the property a the hosts wa amazing. It’s location with the water front location nd walking distance to everything in Bemus Point! Highly recommend!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Hosts answered questions promptly. The weather was crappy but we were happy. LOVED having such good radio! Lighting could have been brighter. Beds were very comfy. Lots of outdoor seating. We wish there would have been a dishwasher and laundry appliances. And 1 bedroom had no chest of drawers. Overall we had a pisitive experience."
