"Las habitaciones están en mal estado, el servicio es malo llegando al absurdo de que la habitación no tenía cobijas, el aire acondicionado no funciona aún que te dan el control, la televisión no funciona, no tenían agua caliente hasta que se pidió en recepción, la persona que hace la limpieza entró a la habitación sin tocar, y las imágenes no concuerdan con la habitación real "

"was very nice, attached to a higher end mall, but we reserved during a construction period so the outside is a bit harder to get in/out of at times (generally okay) lots of places to eat/shop in walking distance, but theres not a lot of sidewalks and curbs are very narrow alongside VERY busy/fast traffic only real thing i didn't love was the shower. waterfall and handle option, but the stall itself had light orange mold buildup from shower product residues, the water was not a strong as i would hope and had some small issues with getting hotter temperatures tv has lots of stations, but was hoping i could connect my devices to stream as well (recommend bringing an hdmi cable for those who don't speak spanish); and room was surprisingly quite dimly lit. stay overall was quite nice, and we ended up ubering everywhere which was pretty easy"
