"My sister and I were here for 3 nights as a great location for visiting family in the Barrie area. The house was perfectly equipped and in a lovely setting next to the park. We were blessed with beautiful fall weather and enjoyed the array of colorful fall trees around the property. Overall a perfect setting."

"Not a lakeside property, it's a bungalow house with no lake access. Property did not look like the pictures posted on the site at all. The house itself was nice in the inside with 3 small bedrooms. Did not stay there i cancelled as soon as i got thdre and realized it was not even close to what i was renting"

Very spacious with a great view of the lake !!! The host is very helpful and addresses all concerns within seconds !!! If your looking for a family cottage place I strongly recommend it !!!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE. When we arrived, we were immediately met with a disturbing sight—spiders on the walls and ceilings in the kitchen and downstairs bedrooms. It quickly became apparent that there was a full-blown infestation. We notified the owner right away but received no response that night. It turned out the property was managed by a company called Home Again, which seemed not to be reachable after business hours. "We were in town for two weeks on business and Olivia's house was perfect for our needs and so convenient (7 minute drive to downtown). The house was cozy and clean, with all the basic amenities. Our dogs traveled with us so having a fair sized yard for them was very nice. We were out most of the day so it didn't bother us too much but the house is on a road which is heavily travelled by gravel dump trucks weekdays. The weekends and evenings are very peaceful though. "The cottage has a great layout for a smallish family gathering and has a great outdoor space. The waterfront is at a quiet and beautiful part of the lake with lots of wildlife and was really nice at sunset and sunrise. "

"This well appointed, comfortable and clean location was ideal for our 11 person, multi-generational family reunion. Everything was as advertised and interactions with Warren and Ron were friendly and efficient. Only caveat would be that stairs inside and out are steep, so might not be the best for people with mobility limitations."

"The home is conveniently located in Bracebridge. It's a corner lot, and both streets had little traffic running by. We were also close enough to enjoy a leisurely walk to the grocery store. The property pictures do not do the house justice. It was impeccably clean, well stocked with appliances, dishwater and linens. "We had a wonderful week in this cabin. While indoors might be not the coziest. The backyard is a wonderful place to spend your days. Sitting by the river. Swimming. Kayaking. Make fires at night. Listening to the complete silence. Very nice place to just unwind and read some good books. We had some problems with the toilet/septic tank. But it was all taken care of by the owner very quickly and friendly."
