The Lady At The Front DesK Was Not Personable & Had A Monotone Voice, As She SpoKe With Me. Made Me NOT Want To sTay There Again, Just Because Of Her "Customer Service"."

"I was a here for a work trip, so the location and availability of a room in such short notice was convenient for me. I did not have a chance to check out the gym, however the bartender service and the food were great. They gave me a discount for it being my birthday - that was cool. I spent a lot of time on my computer and the Wifi worked really well. Besides there being a hair on one of my towels, I had no issues. Also, Layne at the front desk, thanks for your help with letting me check out at 2pm instead of 11am - much appreciated. "
