"Overall, our two families had a wonderful stay! Lovely historic home, very clean, spacious, and charming. Communication with the host was great. It was a hot weekend, and we were thankful for the AC units. Didn't use the fireplaces! We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen - there were decent pans, sharp knives, good appliances. "This property is a hidden gem in Thurston County. The inside is fresh with many new amenities, the layout is easy to navigate with room for a large group and view is worth a mission dollars. Sitting by the fire and looking out the large bay windows at the rolling hills in the distance and farm animals in the foreground was picturesque. Our host was accommodating and quick to respond to questions we had. I would highly recommend this location."

"This property was perfect for our gatherings with my grandson, his wife and two children. When our family came each day (they live in Chehalis) to visit there was plenty of room for the two little ones 2 and 4 to play and the adults to enjoy them. "We rented this for ourselves and our adult children and spouses for a get away from the Eaat Coast. The location was perfect, exactly as described. The bedrooms on seperate floors gave us a sense of privacy while all being together. Would love to visit again in the summer to fully enjoy the lake and outdoors."

"Very pretty view , cute place., would recommend. Convenient to grocery store. Instacart delivers there. Convenient to JBLM as well. I had 18 day stay. The only drawbacks. Laundry room locked and was unable to reach #instructed to call. Water pressure low in kitchen. No drawers to put clothes in , you can hang them up but bring some hangers. The lock you put code in is on the actual door and not the other coded locks on wall. "

"Clean home with great updates that was very accommodating for our group of 7 (three adult couples and one college student). We really enjoyed the beauty of the area. The house had absolutely everything we needed for cooking family meals. As with many old homes, the stairs are a little steep and there is a main floor bedroom for those who need to avoid stairs. "
