"We had a great time, the house was well stopped, and there was plenty of room for everyone. We’ll definitely rent again. The only small problem that we had is that we are a family of coffee drinkers so we really needed a coffee pot with a carafe. Other than that, everything was awesome."

"This is our favorite July getaway. We have stayed here the past two summers & absolutely love it! The place is awesome & has everything we need! Michelle is a wonderful host! Love watching the boats at the boat landing! We enjoyed eating at Pruett’s & Top of the River & of course, Local Joe’s! Fishing was great! 😊"

"This place has so much potential. The house itself is beautiful. It really needs a good cleaning.. mostly exterior. There are so many spider weds and wasp nest around the porch areas. They definitely have an ant problem on the inside. I figure that issue would have been resolved from the previous guest complaints but its an ongoing issue. The water pressure is the worst, especially on the top floor, where the kitchen is. There's plenty of plates and silverware, not enough coffee cups(3-4), and...

Although all the modern conveniences are available, the seclusion of the property provided the respite from the fast paced modern world we all live in. "Took my mom to her reunion in Albertville stayed in Boaz. I’m glad we did. Loved the house neighborhood. It had everything we needed. The host is outstanding. If we had a question he would answer within a few minutes."

"This house was just as the pictures showed. It was very open and accommodated our family very well. The whole process was very easy from start to finish. Gary was very responsive and accommodating to my last minute changes as well as my requests. I would one thousand percent recommend booking with Gary. "The place is newer and lovely. The only reason I have it 4 stars instead of 5 is that both times we stayed, there were minimal towels and washcloths. The first time we stayed we had no kitchen towels at all. Both times we stayed there weren’t sufficient bath towels and wash cloths for the length of our stay, so we ended up having to wash the ones provided. Also, the LR does not accommodate enough people. At most, 4 people can sit in the LR. However, overall the property is nice and well...
