"This is a very gorgeous property and very much a unique experience. The host is very gracious and the breakfast is quite plentiful. I did not get a chance to use the pool, but would have. Make sure that you message the host ahead of your arrival. There is a taxi service from Novafeltria, but I would recommend having a car to explore the area."

"Nous avons attendu une heure dans la cour car il n'y avait personne. Tout était ouvert. Nous sommes repartis et revenus une demi heure après. Là, il y avait un jeune homme qui nous a dit n'avoir aucune resa à notre nom. Finalement, le propriétaire a fini par la retrouver. Sur 3 chambres, une seule était faite et elle sentait mauvais. Nous l'avons refusée. Ils nous ont fait attendre encore une heure pour préparer une autre chambre. Le wifi ne marchait pas et le téléphone non plus (très ennuyeux...

"Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft. Das kleine separate Haus ist super romantisch und sehr gepflegt. Man findet alles, was man braucht. Die Besitzerin ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie spricht perfekt Englisch und macht das mit Abstand beste Frühstück, was man in Italien bekommen kann! Fantastische Kuchen und kleine herzhafte Tartes...unglaublich. Sehr zu empfehlen."

"We had a relaxing visit to this amazing Villa! Alessio and his family were so welcoming and enjoyable! The villa was ideal for our group and we had a wonderful pizza night with Alessio's mother, Catia! We also had a local chef, Linda, come in and teach us how to make local cuisine of pasta and raviloi!"

"Very quiet place off the beaten track. You need a car to get to town. Owner was very nice and helpful. Apartment is small but has everything that is needed. To get to the bath room at night is a little challenging but we managed. We would rent it again if we come to the area."
