"This is a very gorgeous property and very much a unique experience. The host is very gracious and the breakfast is quite plentiful. I did not get a chance to use the pool, but would have. Make sure that you message the host ahead of your arrival. There is a taxi service from Novafeltria, but I would recommend having a car to explore the area."

"Nous avons attendu une heure dans la cour car il n'y avait personne. Tout était ouvert. Nous sommes repartis et revenus une demi heure après. Là, il y avait un jeune homme qui nous a dit n'avoir aucune resa à notre nom. Finalement, le propriétaire a fini par la retrouver. Sur 3 chambres, une seule était faite et elle sentait mauvais. "Such a beautiful and authentic villa. A setting no less than perfect for a proper stay in the Italian country side. Just a 10-minute walk from Stia and yet fully private. Lucia was the perfect host - always willing and able to help with any questions we had. We've been spending holidays in Italy for near on 20 years, always agri turismo and this place is up there among the very best. Five-star ratings from me are few and far between, but Lucia and her place definitely earns all five stars."
