"Very nice hotel and very friendly helpful staff, only thing with our room (211) we paid £20 extra a night for an upgrade of a street view but it really wasnt worth it so dont waste you rmoney, plus we you had a shower there was a big water leak coming from under the bath, we did advise the on the check out, the breakfast was very nice with lots to chose from, would i stay again.... YES, perfect location for shopping and to walk to see a show"

"This has got to be the cleanest, most well maintained, most friendly hotel I have ever been too. There's not a spot of dirt or dust anywhere. No cracked or broken tiles or stained grout. And everyone, without exception, has a genuine smile for you. The spa was great. The food in the restaurant well presented, tasty and reasonably priced. Just one niggle. "The hotel was nice! Friendly staff and a nice breakfast! The only thing is we had a room on floor 1 which we didn’t realise was going to be underground and it had no window! We wouldn’t have minded if we knew this could be a possibility, it was just a shock when we got there! "
