"My daughter is a freshman at ISU and my mother is partially disabled. We wanted to visit her but have challenges finding places that are comfortable for everyone. Gina was great answering questions about the property and keeping in touch throughout our stay to ensure everything was as expected. My mother has a lot of challenges but was very comfortable and enjoyed her time. My kids never left the basement playing games all weekend long. "Stayed here for 2 nights for a football weekend. The house itself is nice for its age. It is a side-by-side duplex - on occasion you can hear the people in the other unit walking around. But they were never loud or disruptive (you can’t hear them talking at all). The steps are narrow and somewhat steep, and awkwardly shaped at the top. If you’re traveling with someone who is very young or very old, that would be something to keep an eye out for. As for the location, it’s pretty hard to top....
