"Through conversation the host learned I was traveling with young children, they then offered much in the way of supplies and saved us so much car space. All the conversation leading up was quick and helpful. We arrived to a generous welcome gift. The house was clean and as advertised. Overall just a great experience."

"We rented this house as a family get together for my son’s birthday. Worked out perfectly. The level just below the kitchen area as an air hockey machine which the kids loved and was a great area for all of us to gather and watch him open presents. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone."

"We loved everything!! Don’t be like me though, read the listing don’t just look at the pictures. We were surprised to find there’s a tenant downstairs, separate unit. When I went back to read the listing it was in there. My bad! But it ended up being fine! Loved the coffee, breakfast items, so thoughtful and the home was everything we needed! Thank you! "

"Don’t be mislead by the age of the house; it was impeccably clean and organized. The neighborhood, though not centrally located for university access, was close to downtown and south Duff businesses plus convenience stores and several restaurants. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. It suited my needs perfectly."

"Unlike some properties, this home had everything in working order along with noticeable quality: very comfortable beds and bedding, plush towels, neat closets with plentiful hangers, clean, bright kitchen with nice dish and glassware. The amenities, including smart TV’s in each room, were carefully thought of, and the neighborhood was quiet and attractive. Would stay here again!"

"From communicating about the property and our access of it, Zack made it easy for us to settle into the family weekend together. Clean, comfortable and enough space for our party of 14 to play well and sleep well. Love the heated pool...everything in the kitchen we needed for cooking breakfast. "The place was very well done and will taken care of. It is obvious the owners really care about the space. They even provided some welcome snacks, waters, K-cups. We had a very pleasant stay and it is close to Ames with lots of places to eat and literally next to a nice park if you have kids. "
