The property manager, Gina was great with communications, and preparing the property to our needs with a toddler. "The duplex is nice and located in a quiet part of Ames. The home is a bit older, but has some nice updates. If you like a firm mattress, you’ll love the bed! We appreciated being able to bring our dog with us as well."

It was clean, looks exactly as pictured, is on a quiet street, comfortable beds, plenty of space for our extended family group of 9 adults. The only thing to be mindful of is the temperature control, specifically upstairs. "Traveled from Kansas for the KSU v ISU football game. It was a fantastic place to stay while up for the weekend. We tailgated in the warmth of the house instead of the freezing temperatures. Everything we could need to help out was there! They have thought of everything. Fantastic home and host. We would stay again if in Ames. "

"From communicating about the property and our access of it, Zack made it easy for us to settle into the family weekend together. Clean, comfortable and enough space for our party of 14 to play well and sleep well. Love the heated pool...everything in the kitchen we needed for cooking breakfast. "We really enjoyed our stay. All of the beds were very comfortable and the host even included little extras in the kitchen and bathroom- in case you needed them. The host quickly responded to questions. We would love to stay again. Just a reminder to park in the garage or driveway, there is a no parking sign in the cul-de-sac. "
