"The place was very well done and will taken care of. It is obvious the owners really care about the space. They even provided some welcome snacks, waters, K-cups. We had a very pleasant stay and it is close to Ames with lots of places to eat and literally next to a nice park if you have kids. "

"We stayed here because I was working in Cedar Falls and in Ames and this was a good halfway point. It is so peaceful by the river and the host was very accommodating. My husband lives with a physical disability and doesn't handle stairs well; this place has no stairs and was very accessible and worked well for him. Our dog loved it too, plenty of green space. A lovely spot in a small town, one of our favorite stops. Thank You!"
