"It was so comfortable there. We slept so well & may stay there again next Spring when we revisit the area. Staff was friendly & housekeeping always checked if we needed anything at all. Breakfast was always good & so was the coffee. The Keurig in the room was far too high though, & difficult to use."

"Enjoyed the local food--especially kringles and cheeses. Was beautiful fall weather with fantastic fall colors everywhere and loved the pumpkin walk at night at the zoo. Lots of things to do and convenient to get together with other family who lived in Illinois and Wisconsin. The view was enjoyed by all. Thank you for your hospitality."

"Our family of 8 stayed over the weekend at this property. The house is bigger than it looks. There is many different spaces in this home. Not everything is perfect but that is the charm of this old farm house. If you plan to use the yard make sure that it is taken care of before you stay at the property. There are several great places to go less than 20 mins away. We enjoyed the say and this a great place for a large group."
