"Very disappointed with the washer and dryer situation. First, my change was swallowed by the machine and it did not count the change that was taken. Then my clothes came out of the washer and dryer each with cigarette buds that weren't even mine since I do not smoke. The water in the machine also smelt like sewage so after I rewashed my clothes they still smelt."

"From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a friendly smile that is all too rare, but makes all the difference in the world! Breakfast was good and room was clean. Bed was comfortable, though pillows were VERY firm (normally bring my own pillow but rolled the dice this time). All in all, definitely worth coming back to!"
