The staff were very friendly and even helped me to call a salon to make an appointment. The bar tenders and servers were all amazing as well. The breakfast, while abundant was not great. The aircon in the room didn’t work. I did not complain but if it was ANY warmer it would have been a massive issue. All in id stay again."

"It is a fairly pleasant hotel with the most staff people I've ever seen, seemingly eager to help you. It's almost fawning. But there are holes. The rooms have lovely light fixtures which manage to cover up most of the light sources. With EVERYTHING turned on, the room is extremely dark. Plus odd 'amenities.' Like, there's a hot water pot in the room, but no coffee or cups to use with it. When I asked for some, they looked at me like I was nuts, provide cups and offered to room service me coffee...
