The biggest issue was the air conditioning, which was only available in one bedroom and the living room—not all three bedrooms as we assumed. It wasn’t cooling properly, and despite being told there was a leak, it never got fixed, leaving us uncomfortable day and night. The lack of a fan made it worse. Service was disappointing as well. There breakfast is limited to a range of 4 to 5 options with no option of any fresh fruits or cereal available at all. Which was a bit of a bummer. Very good staff on the whole barring one lady at breakfast who wouldn't give tea in a kettle like previous staff and we had to pay for extra cup of tea. "
