"The owners/staff show impeccable attention to detail in regards to customer service. The hotel itself is beautiful, the few blocks surrounding it are rundown and noisy but I can't fault them for that. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. I was treated very well. "Excellent hotel. Staff is tremendously helpful - helped counsel us on things to do and transportation and were actively looking out for us. The rooms were wonderful for our family. "Norma, Miguel, Alexandra and Allan treated us like family. Nothing was a problem to them. The hotel is right in the heart of Foch Suare, so a little noisy at times but overall good. Miguel even drove us to the airport at 3am on our check out. Extremely reasonable prices! Thank you hotel Quito Antiguo for accommodating my family."

"I loved my stay at Casa Gardenia. Location was very convenient to restaurants. I felt safe walking at night to go out to dinner.
