"From the moment we arrived the staff went all out to make sure our stay was incredible. The breakfast was amazing, and the room had everything we needed to cook healthy meals at the hotel. "I was sent to my first room that wasn’t ready, not a big deal, things happen. The front desk ladies were sweet and sent me to another one quickly…. I pulled the sheets back and there was gritty dirt on the sheets and I pulled the mattress cover back to check for bugs (standard) and it looked like someone threw up on it. Good location but unit needs attention

"The unit and location were good. However, the unit needed maintenance. The toilet and seat were both loose and moved every time it was used. The bathroom sink hot water faucet was difficult to turn and the sink drain was slow.The nightstand bottom door was broken. Every time you opened and tried to close.Location would be the only reason I would return."

Cibola Vista Resort and Spa - Peoria - Studio Suite

"The Cibola Vista Resort & Spa is a lovely property and a good place to consider staying. We arrived after 10 p.m. Check-in was fine but the office area is not well lite and we drove right past it. The Resort is less than 30 minutes from Peoria Sports Complex where we watched two spring baseball games. We were just less than an hour away from Taliesin West and enjoyed our visit there. We chose to walk each day in the Peoria Sunrise Mountain Preserve.Our VRBO reservation request was for 4 nights. It was divided between two units. The staff were able to move us the morning of our third night - but we did have to check-out. The VRBO listing clearly describes this possibility, but we were not notified of this fact until a couple days before our trip. I'm not certain this is the best way to reserve a stay at this facility. I want to repeat that the resort is nice, a great pool and kid's slide in the center. We were comfortable and well attended to. Thank you."
