"A nice villa in an excellent location for all the excellent beaches, but in need of some upgrading. External Walls need painting, some of the bathrooms need updating and the dishwasher and toaster didn’t work. The owners did get someone in immediately to repair the dishwasher , but it still leaked when they had gone."

There is an elevator that helped the older people and of course the children loved the ping pong table and pool. "Other than: the freezing pool (can’t use), need to change the laundry detergent (the towel smell wasn’t good) and the road in, All other aspects of our stay was absolutely perfect, the property and all other services was at expectations level and higher. We’ll definitely come back with friends."

"Nice quiet stay away from the hustle of downtown Comporta (~12 min drive). I enjoyed walking to nearby local coffee shop for my espresso and the Leonardo supermarket for some daily supplies. I’m a little on the taller side; so, had to watch my head when walking through the doors (not an issue if one is under 5’10”). Otherwise, having a/c here is a big plus and necessary given the strong summer alentejo sun."
