"This was a great aparthotel! A very spacious, clean room in a fabulous area of Lisbon. I would say it was walkable to most of the sites one would want to see, and anything not walkable, was easily accessible by the nearby train stations. It's a block away from what I would consider the NY Park Avenue of Lisbon, but then on all the side roads is a far more local, charming feel. ...so the best of both worlds. "The location was good not to noisy or busy. Didn't realise it was right next to Benfica stadium and there were a couple of matches on while we were there. Bathroom was knackered, sink area needs replacing as water damaged over a long period of time. One dishwasher tab provided and a tea towel. No oven gloves or and other kitchen cleaning stuff. Everything else worked. Bed was like marble slab and pillows were very small. I personally didn't well during our stay. Overall not a bad hotel but could...

"The receptionist was very pleasant and efficient. I had a very early departure from the hotel (3:30 AM). She proactively offered to help me with transportion arrangements, a wake up call (from a real live human being -- they still have those in Portugal!) and a packaged breakfast to go. "
