"Since the beginning of my stay I have been calling the management team as well as the financial team to receive receipts for my stay and both entities have been very unhelpful and stopped responding to emails and answering the phone. This has been ongoing for my entire 23-day stay and still has not been resolved. When I arrived to the location, there were many windows left open so the villa had many mosquitos and bugs inside. "De woning op zich was prima, ruim genoeg en schoon. Ik vind de prijs kwaliteit verhouding te groot, zo is er geen tuin bij de woning. "The property is great. Plenty of amenities and a large yard great for kids or friends looking to play lawn sports or run around. The pool is nice and a great way to spend the day. All of the bathrooms are clean and plenty of towels are available. The location is a little outside of the city along a dirt road. It’s about 20- 25 minutes into Lisbon with no traffic, 35-40 minutes with traffic. There are plenty of Ubers available though (wait 5-10 minutes). Candidly it’s an excellent spot if...

"The manager, Vera, is superb. She was able to set up boat rides, Fado evening, restaurants, and a fabulous wine tasting, and was always helpful and wonderful. The pool is super, the house could use window screens and fans in every room, and the owner should make sure all closets are empty. The wine from the estate is fantastic."
