"We had such a fun trip! Historic Rainworth Lodge was a cozy and convenient spot to rest after exploring the town and battlefields. Daniel was so accommodating and responded immediately to any questions we had. We enjoyed our time in the house and felt very comfortable. "Very clean home located in beautiful Adams County countryside. Perfect for three couples coming for Friendsgiving and Gettysburg events. A little trouble with the heat furnace but we figured it out. The property manager was responsive to our outreach. We would recommend the property and stay again. Thank you Tom and Kevin. "

"The location was perfect. I was able to visit several of my family members all who were only 5-10 minutes away. The layout was perfect there was more than enough for everyone to be comfortable. My grandchildren only complaint was that there wasn't a pool on the property or a gas stove 😁. They said breakfast took long to get done. We will definitely be year around occupants. We all enjoyed our stay . "

"The property was exactly as described. The location was perfect to assess the downtown area. Off street parking simplified our stay. Very clean and everything we needed was included. Would definitely come back to the La Verne Guest House "

"This property had stunning views! While we were there for just a short weekend we had a blast. We brought our own fishing poles but we did see that the house was stocked with them. We watched the sunset from the hot tub most evenings. The house was clean and comfortable and just a short 15-20 minute drive to the town of Gettysburg. We drove 2-minutes over to Liberty Ski Resort for dinner and breakfast. I highly recommend this house!"

"We stayed here while in town for a wedding. We had 13 adults and one child. This is such a neat old house with so many cool features. We had a fun time exploring the house and admiring the unique features like the Jefferson doors to the porches, the old coal dump, and all the super cool antiques in the home. All of the bedrooms have a sink in them which was really awesome and helpful for when we were all getting ready at the same time. Our only feedback is that the pillows were a little hard and...
