"This was a very nice place to stay for our visit to Hannibal, MO. It was an easy drive back and forth. I loved the decorations in the home. There was a box fan in every room! I usually sleep with a fan. I forgot to pack mine, so I was very happy when I found it. My only suggestion would be to get a pillow top mattress for the bed. It was a little hard for me. Everything else was great!"

"Wonderful place to stay! Very clean, good location, very comfortable beds and nicely decorated. They have every detail covered, anything you would need is there. Need to iron a shirt? They have one. Like to sleep with a fan? They have one. We have stayed in a lot of rentals and this one has just hit #1 on our list of places we have stayed! We will definitely rent again when back in the area!"

"We found the house exactly as listed. It was very clean and comfortable. Location is great! Right by the University which was our reason for the trip. The only improvement I would suggest is a TV in one of the bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again! "

"A lot of effort was made for the house interior to look nice. However there were some tripping hazards. The step from living room to kitchen.a metal strip was loose. The concrete on the outside stairs is in poor shape. We were careful and did not get hurt."
