"Salimos de cali a las 5pm para llegar tipo 8 pm, desde que salimos intentamos llamar en repetidas ocasiones al teléfono que aparece en la reservación pero sonaba directamente a buzón, cuando llegamos al lugar nos informaron que ya no tenían convenio con ustedes por lo que esa noche nos tocó dormir en el carro por que no habían hoteles disponibles Pésimo servicio"

"Llegue el Sábado 8 pm con mi reserva y resultó que no tenían mi habitación y su respuesta fue que mi reserva ni mi nombre aparecían y que como el hotel estaba totalmente lleno pues que no podían hacer nada. No les importo nada, ni siquiera que ya me habían hecho un cobro de un porcentaje en mi tarjeta y tampoco se preocuparon por solucionar mi alojamiento, era tarde, llevaba 2 bebés y así tuve que irme a buscar otro hotel. Pésima experiencia. "
