"It is a great location, a beautiful peaceful, and quiet place to stay, at my arrival it was uncomfortable due to the tone of the person at the front desk and also due to the amount of insects in the room, but the next they informed us that it was because of the treated all rooms for the insects and they apologize for the inconvenience of the personal of the front desk, and upgrade our room to a nice one, wish it was AMAZING for they part and i got no issues and we enjoy our stay in Salento like no other, for sure we are coming back. THANK YOU!!!!!"

"I stayed at this hotel for 14 days . The staff is super friendly and helpful. It’s right next to the shopping mall and many places to eat around . Never needed to go to far there’s everything in the area and super safe . Love how clean the hotel is and the option to get everything room services including some laundry . I will definitely return . The best underrated hotel in the area . "
