"Hotel was a neat spot to stay at. Very cleanly, staff were very friendly. Love that it’s walking distance to water street making it convenient for shopping and eating. Only two things is the gym is very small and nothing to wipe down the equipment with and the rooms are pretty small. But other than that we had a great stay and would stay there again. "

"Breakfast was absolutely amazing. The woodwork is stunning, very quiet area and near a lovely park. We woke up to a beautiful winter scene with snow covered trees all along the street and our car was even cleaned off, that was a very considerate thing to do. Enjoyed our stay."

The decor is beautiful, the rooms are well appointed and comfortable, the service is topnotch, and the location is well situated near restaurants, sites, and the downtown. "We really enjoyed the in-house restaurant, and the kids-eat-free deal was a great bonus. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that the pool slide was only open for part of one day and not available at all on the second day."

"Everything was excellent! We missed the free breakfast but the front desk attendant packed a bag of goodies for us when I mentioned we had missed their breakfast hours and had not eaten. Would highly recommend. Had a free shuttle from the airport too! "
