Unfortunately, due to an impending snow storm, we had to cut our stay short. Melissa worked with the gentleman from Expedia to complete my travel insurance claim. "This should be the GOLD STANDARD for Holiday Inn Express. It always more than pleases. Breakfast.....superb! If you need to be in Harrisonburg dont bypass a stay. Even the sheets are top quality and a pillow is a PILLOW! NUMBER 1 in our book but this morning catastrophe at breakfast bar. Again pancake machine broken. It was broken three weeks ago too. Lady tending breakfast bar has extremely long hair. Should be up and you dont fix and empty a broken toaster by turning it upside down dorcing crumbs obto the coubter. There is a backroom for that"
