"El Hotel es estilo colonial muy lindo y limpio. Tuvimos una increíble vista al Lago de Atitlan. Es importante mencionar que en la habitación no hay plancha, refrigerador ni cajilla de seguridad; aunque la cajilla no es tan importante, el personal es muy honrado. Mi esposo dejó su argolla de matrimonio y al regresar hicieron la limpieza y ahí estaba su argolla, también al salir; olvide unos artículos y salieron a dejármelos. Muchas gracias!! "

"Had a fantastic stay here with my family! Great food and service. And, oh the VIEWS! Yvan (hotel manager) set up some day trips for us. Highly recommend the guided boat trip to the Mayan pueblos and the Mayan cooking class. Would stay here again. "

"I love the location and the amenities that this places has to offer. It was easy to schedule a massage or anything you needed with the concierge. The food in the restaurant was delicious and always prepared fresh, and the rooms were breathtaking. I will definitely return soon. "

"IT is the most beautiful hotel, the property is gorgeous. It's like being in a botanical garden. Pool and jacuzzi is great. It is super clean. The only downside is that i though the food wss mediocre. I look forward to coming back."
