"Absolutely wonderful. It was what I imagined a Tuscan Villa would be and more. It is private with spectacular views. The inside is roomy and comfortable with beautiful vaulted wood ceilings throughout. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I could think of. The pool is great with a gate that keeps children safe. The terraces with cushioned seating were perfect for lounging. The beds were very comfortable. Nice washer and clothes line. Highly recommend."

"Gloria was a lovely, welcoming host who was very accommodating when we arrived late due to an accident on the road. The property was clean and well equipped for our needs in an excellent location. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t that good when we were there but we were able to drive to Pisa and Lucca for day trips. Our last day was sunny so we headed to the beach which was lovely and not too busy at this time of year. My only note would be that the single bed in the attic room is quite small...

We booked the "Cook at home" experience and I have to say it was one of the best meals we have ever had. "Enrico went out of his way to make our stay memorable in his comfortable, well appointed accommodation. It is extremely convenient to the Old Town, the grocery stores & the railway station. She lives about a mile away, she was not intrusive but was helpful on check in (she physically lead us to the house as not all roads are passable in a normal size car), she texted us when there was a planned powercut coming up etc. Her English is immaculate. The house location is stunning - the photos on the listing do not do justice to the mountain view from the living room and patio. The house is immediately surrounded by several others and it's about a mile...
