"This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! I've never experienced such friendly staff. Truly a joy, all of them! I lost my purse with my ID, money, and credit card and before I reported it, they had it at the front desk because housekeeping had found it and everything was in it. There were howler monkeys right outside my room in the trees, macaws flew overhead, amazing pool area, free breakfast freshly made by Chef, great coffee.
