"for an older building I was pleasantly pleased with it's upkeep and it's cleanliness. Stayed in a handicapped room. Easy access to everything in the room. Will stay here again."

"Under renovations: newly remodeled rooms are nice and soundproof. I thought the tv volume was too loud but I couldn't hear it from outside. Soda Vending machine needs to be fixed or replaced. Property always clean."

"Katharina is just a wonderful hostess. The casa is so welcoming and comfortable with friendly cats and dogs and goats. In spite of her busy schedule she found the time to share information about the area with us as we sat at the breakfast table. This is the place to stay in the high desert(which is really a vast sea of grass)."
