I arrived early and they wanted to charged me $20 to check in early so I just said I would come back later and then I came back and I had to wait almost an hour before my room was ready!! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and will never stay here again 🙃 not worth $100 for this terrible room!!

Overall good place to stay. Great customer service and super helpful staff 1) wish there was a second latch on the door near the top 2) faucet in bathroom, water was coming out in small amounts.

Room was right by the street - noisy - there were so many other rooms available. Front door was stuck, had to call the front desk for help. The toilet wouldn't flush at night. The air conditioner was loud needs maintenance or replaced.

You get what you pay for! $100 got us a decent night sleep but no hot shower. 2 day stay and no hot water to shower with. Was told that “Everyone must have been using it at the same time” It provided a roof over our heads while we needed it so the room served it’s purpose

Got there an hour early and wanted to check in. Was charged $20.00 for early check in. There were no cars in the lot. Many rooms were ready. That $20.00 was GREED. Not a way to show people they are welcome.

What can I say…
Average experience. The room was a little on the dirty side. Honestly not sure if the sheets had been changed because they did not appear tight on the bed and seemed like they hadn’t been changed. The carpet seemed like it hadn’t been vacuumed and the bathroom was dated and not very clean. The room would have been acceptable if it was around $50, but it was double that.

Will Not Be Coming Again
Staff was kind. Room was smelly and not well cleaned. The bathroom was full of smashed insects. There was no parking available in the main lot whatsoever, so we had to park in the back of the hotel on a side street (basically an alley).

The place was filthy. Thick dust everywhere, dirty sheets, hadn't been vacuumed, the carpet was sticky, the bathroom floor hadn't been swept or mopped the toilet was extremely dirty, the bath tub was full of dirt and there were bed bugs.

Well 1st the T.V. There was no signal ( no t.v. Stations existed ) We didn’t care because we were on our phones mostly anyway (2), there wasn’t a WiFi password given either , again we didn’t care due to cell signal was good anyway . We didn’t bother asking front desk , but only to reprogram one of our keys , and then no issues . I asked the cleaning girl for extra coffee packs while she was just at the next room knocking on the door . Very nice , gave my extras plus creamer/ sugar packs .and again no issues . I was hesitant on booking due to being so affordable , but I will be staying here again . It’s a place to rest after exploring the area, and there’s plenty to see and do .
