"The cabins are roomy. The beds are fine--we all slept very well. The property is very quiet. The elk came and visited in the morning. There are outside grills and inside kitchens. The stove is gas and works well. The refrigerator kept the beer very cold. The toilet is a little small for my big butt, but it worked fine. If you got a little butt it's perfect. "This is a real ranch house at the end of a 3 mile dirt road. It has sweeping vistas and the Little Colorado River runs across the property. You have amazing views from the windows including old volcano cones and the barn and horses in the valley below. If you like adventure and the outdoors, this is a great place."

"Our stay was amazing! We went to relax and enjoy some quiet time for a Christmas get away and that’s exactly what we had. The cabin had everything we needed and the it was so quiet! The scenery was beautiful! We were a little disappointed that there wasn’t any snow and we hadn’t seen any animals. To our surprise the morning we were leaving we saw a heard of elk behind the cabin. "What a wonderful place to stay during the Thanksgiving holiday! Communication was great, Mrs. B was so kind and easy to work with. We needed to change the types of beds that we had originally scheduled and she gladly helped us out. It was clean and comfortable and easy to find!! "This was easy to get to. The house had plenty of room for two families with a total of 4 adults and 6 kids. The kitchen was well stocked. It was clean and it smelled good when we arrived. We are easy to please and very simple people. My one and only complaint was that there was no propane for the grill. Overall it was a lovely place! It has wonderful views and the deck was great too!"
