"Botanic Rest B&B was clean and basic. It lost points for noise and safety. When we checked in we took our suitcases up the stairs. About halfway to our room in the hallway on a few stairs up, a man was doing some repairs in the doorway to a room. His tools (including an electric screwdriver) were in the middle of the stars and hallway. We had to move them, so we could get past. Pretty unsafe. The breakfast was nice. They had the usual continental breakfast and you could order hot items off...

"Good location for south side of the city hall area. Basic facilities, comfortable bed. Books quiet room otherwise you will hear the bar below. Good value for the price and convenience city centre location."

"An outdated facility, room was not very clean and the decor was dated. The beds were comfortable. The location to the University, Ulster Museum, and Botanical Gardens were exceptional. A healthy walk to city centre. The staff was kind and helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage for the day after we checked out. "
